Allendale Acres

Allendale Acres is a neighborhood in North Billerica between Andover Road and Allen Road. The "Definitive Plan of Allendale Acres," owned by Glavin Construction Co., Inc. and drawn by Emmons & Fleming, Inc., registered land surveyors, of Billerica, is dated February 1963. It was approved by the Planning Board on April 2, 1964 and recorded on May 11, 1964 (Plan Book 100, Plan 17). It laid out Mohawk Drive from Andover Road, Arakelian Drive from Allen Road and Agawam Circle, in lots of 25,000 to 37,000 square feet, beside Land Court Case 26306 and land of Miller. Most of the houses date from the mid-1960s.
